Not gonna lie, I had this built in about 20 minutes with zero stress. Everything was straightforward, and it was way easier than I expected.

I’m particular about comfort, especially when it comes to anything I use every day, and this has been great. It feels really comfy, and I’ve noticed my back doesn’t hurt nearly as much now. Definitely a solid upgrade for me.

The chair itself is comfortable enough, so I don’t really have major complaints there. But the casters have been frustrating. They don’t roll smoothly on my floor at all, and they keep catching on tiny bits of dust or the edge of my mat, which gets annoying fast.
After a few months, one of the wheels started making this clicking noise, and it just makes that part of the chair feel cheap. I also wish the product info had been clearer about the quality of the wheels or what kind of flooring they’re meant for, because I probably would’ve planned to replace them right away.
For the price, I expected better. It’s not a terrible chair overall, but the wheels feel like an afterthought, and that’s disappointing when everything else seems decent.

Ordering from Secretlab was surprisingly painless. I was fully expecting some annoying checkout issue or confusing step like I’ve dealt with on other sites, but nope, it just worked. Checkout went through fine, the emails were clear, and I didn’t have to chase anything down or wonder what was happening with my order. Kind of sad that this feels worth mentioning, but here we are. Happy with the experience overall.

The chair does feel sturdy, so I wanted to like it, but the comfort just isn’t there for me. The lumbar support is really firm and kind of hits my back in a weird spot, and after sitting for a few hours my lower back starts getting sore. The armrests also never seem to land at the right height, even when I mess with them. Maybe it’s just my body or maybe the chair is designed weird, but either way, for this price I was expecting it to feel a lot better

I got my Secretlab chair a while ago, then later on I picked up a few extra bits for it. The magnetic pillow, the armrest tops, and the desk mat all fit like they’re supposed to, no weird gaps or “close enough” kind of thing. They just look like they came with the chair in the first place.

I like that I don’t have to go digging around online for random replacement parts or stuff that might not fit. It’s simple: buy the piece, stick it on or set it up, and it works. Makes it easy to slowly adjust the setup without overthinking it.

The chair is comfortable at first, and I was happy with it for shorter sits. But after a while, especially during longer sessions, it starts getting noticeably warm. It’s not unbearable or anything, just kind of annoying. When the chair arrived, it had a strong “new furniture” smell, like it might’ve been sealed up in the packaging a little too long. I left it in a well-ventilated room for about a week, and thankfully the smell is mostly gone now. It’s fine at this point, but it definitely wasn’t great right out of the box.
